There are far too many who feel alone. They feel abandoned by their community, religion, friends and even their families.
This is not okay.
Please remember these words…
“Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up. Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.
Charity never faileth”
Love and compassion — an open ear, a shoulder to cry on, an open heart — these heal the wounds of depression and abandonment.
More importantly… they prevent those wounds. And also wounds that cannot heal.
